Commercial Fit-Outs
Home / Services / Commercial Fit-Outs

Open on the date you told your customers.

Aménagements commerciaux · 4–10 weeks

Commercial work is a schedule with carpentry attached. Landlord approvals, inspections, equipment deliveries — we run all of it against your opening day.

01 / Overview

What the job actually involves.

We read your lease before we quote. Landlord requirements, permitted hours and restoration clauses change both the price and the sequence, and finding them late is what wrecks openings.

Then we work backwards from your opening date: inspections booked early, long-lead items ordered first, and evening or weekend shifts where the neighbours are still trading.

Included in every quote
  • Lease and landlord requirement review before pricing
  • Barrier-free layouts and code review with the inspector up front
  • Steel stud partitions, acoustic separation and fire-rated assemblies
  • Millwork, service counters and shelving milled in our shop
  • Evening and weekend scheduling to protect trading hours
Typical duration
4–10 weeks

04 / Questions

The ones we get asked most.

Anything not here, call the shop. Marc answers his own phone between site visits.

Can you work after hours?

Yes, and for most retail fit-outs we recommend it. Evening and weekend shifts cost a little more per hour and save weeks of lost trading.

Do you handle the permit and occupancy?

We submit the permit, book inspections and chase the occupancy sign-off. You get copies of every approval as it lands.

Who deals with the landlord?

We do the technical back-and-forth on drawings and restoration requirements; you keep the commercial relationship.

Can we phase the work to stay open?

Often. We hoard off one area at a time and sequence services so the till keeps ringing. It takes longer overall — we will show you both timelines.

Send us the short version of your project.

A reply within one business day, and a real estimate after we have seen the space.
